WHAT: Members of the Lehigh Valley DUI and Highway Safety Taskforce is having a press conference to highlight the need for safe behavior during Halloween, and the possible negative consequences of poor decisions. The taskforce will also provide safety cards to Starters Riverport containing informational material, for their patrons.
