Parkway East Fort Pitt Bridge Ramps Inspected this Weekend in Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh, PA
PennDOT District 11 is announcing work to inspect the ramps that connect the Fort Pitt Bridge to the Parkway East/Central (I-376) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur on Saturday and Sunday, April 14-15. Lane closures and restrictions will occur from 6 a.m. to noon according to the following schedule: Saturday, April 14 • Ramp from the inbound Fort Pitt Bridge to the eastbound Parkway East/Central Sunday, April 15 • Ramp from the westbound Parkway East/Central to the outbound Fort Pitt Bridge All ramps and exits will remain open. SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. will be conducting routine inspection activities on the Fort Pitt Bridge. PennDOT advises motorists to use caution, slow down, and expect changing traffic patterns when traveling through the area.
