Butler, PA - In a continuous effort to reduce highway crashes and fatalities, PennDOT Engineering District 10, in partnership with the PA State Police, the State Attorney General's Office, PA DUI Association and local DUI Task Forces will take part in a National Impaired

Driving Enforcement Campaign on August 24, 2007. The campaign will feature State Police Drug Recognition Experts who are intensely trained in the recognition of drivers who show signs of impairment and do not register a blood alcohol concentration (BAC). up
