SR 4002 Mahood Road Closure for Pipe Replacement
Indiana – PennDOT Engineering District 10 is advising motorists that State Route (SR) 4002 (Mahood Road) will be closed beginning Monday, October 17, for a pipe replacement project. Mahood Road will close between SR 308 (West Sunbury Road) and SR 38 (Oneida Valley Road) in Clay and Oakland Townships for the installation of a 48 inch pipe. The PennDOT Butler County Drainage Crew will be installing the pipe on Mahood Road. The work will include replacing the existing pipe and patching the road and is expected to be completed on Monday. A posted detour will be in place using SR 1010 (Hooker Road). The road is expected to reopen by 7 pm on Monday.
