Daytime Single Lane Restrictions Begin on State Route 56 in Indiana County
Indiana – PennDOT Engineering District 10 is advising motorists that single lane, daylight lane restrictions will begin on State Route (SR) 56 today in Indiana County.
Beginning, Wednesday, July 20 at 7 am, single lane, flagger controlled lane restrictions will be in place on SR 56 from SR 954 to SR 22. The lane restrictions are necessary to install a storm sewer on SR 56. The lane restrictions are expected to be in place through July 22 at 5:30 pm.
This $1,286,129 project includes excavating the roadway and patching with bituminous materials on various roads in Indiana County. I.A. Construction of Homer City, Indiana County, will be performing the work. The project is expected to be completed by the end of September. |
