PENNDOT ANNOUNCES ACTIVATION OF NEW TRAFFIC SIGNAL IN LEEPER
Indiana, Pa. - PennDOT Engineering District 10 is announcing the activation schedule for the new traffic signal at the intersection of routes 66 and 36 in Leeper, Clarion County.
The signal will be activated in flashing mode on Tuesday, November 21, 2006. The signal will operate in flashing mode until Wednesday, November 29, when it is switched to full operation.
Motorists are asked to drive with extra caution through the area while road users adjust to the signal.
The signal was installed as part of this year's Crown 3R project, which rehabilitated, restored and resurfaced 3.8 miles of Route 66 between Crown and Vowinckel.
