Campbell's Mill Bridge to open to traffic - REVISED

State Route 3011 Campbell’s Mill Bridge to open in Indiana County

Indiana – PennDOT Engineering District 10 is advising motorists that the State Route (SR) 3011 Campbell’s Mill Bridge over Blacklick Creek is expected to open to traffic by the end of the day on Wednesday, November 24, 2010. The bridge is located in both Burrell and Black Lick Townships, Indiana County.

The detour will be lifted once the bridge opens to traffic. Daylight flagger-controlled lane restrictions will be in place to finish work on the Campbell’s Mill Road Bridge.

Work will begin in early Spring on the Grafton Bridge on SR 3011 (Campbell’s Mills Road) over Blacklick Creek. The Grafton Bridge is located on SR 3011 in Black Lick Township between the SR 3013 (Blacklick Road) and SR 119 intersections. A posted detour will be in place to perform the rehabilitation on the structure. Work will include deck replacement, minor approach work, and other miscellaneous construction.

This $4.51 million project provides rehabilitation to Campbell’s Mill Bridge and the Grafton Bridge with work being completed by Russell Standard Corp. of Bridgeville, Allegheny County.
