ROUTE 66 CROWN 3R PROJECT PLANS DISPLAY JANUARY 10



Interested residents are encouraged to attend

Clarion County, PA (January 5) – PennDOT Engineering District 10 is announcing that a public plans display for the Route 66 3R (reconstruction, rehabilitation and resurfacing) project will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2006, at the Leeper Volunteer Fire Hall in Clarion County.

The project will improve 3.8 miles of Route 66 from the Village of Crown to South of Vowinckel in Farmington Township. In addition to resurfacing and repairs, new guide rail, drainage and a new traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of Route 66 and 36 in the Borough of Leeper.

Interested residents are encouraged to attend. Anyone with knowledge of historic resources in the project area, or comments on potential impacts to historic resources should also attend this meeting. For more information about the project, contact Adam Marshall, project manager, at 724-357-2964.
