Replacement bridge project to begin on State Routes 68 and 4007 in Armstrong County
Indiana – PennDOT Engineering District 10 is advising motorists that the bridge replacement project for the five structures carrying State Routes (SRs) 68 and 4007 (Kaylor Petrolia Road) over Sugar Creek, Pine Run, and a branch of Sugar Creek will begin this month. The project is located on SRs 68 and 4007 in Brady’s Bend Township, Armstrong County.
Work will include replacement of the five structures in a phased construction process. Traffic impacts will include alternating one-lane traffic controlled by temporary signals. A detour will be in place in June for the SR 4007 bridge on
T-921 Petrolia Road.
This $3,472,068 design/build bridge replacement project was awarded to Francis J. Palo, Inc. of Clarion. The work is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2012.
