Recognized for his outstanding attitude and work ethic
Indiana, PA (November 14) – PennDOT Engineering District 10 has named John "Doug" Neal the November Employee of the Month.
Neal, a Highway Designer with Highway Design Squad 3, is being recognized for his dedication, hard work, and willingness to continually accept more responsibility in his job. His fourteen years of knowledge and experience with PennDOT and hard work have aided in keeping the Design Squad's projects on track. Neal has been doing an exceptional job and has earned such recognition.
"Doug has an outstanding work ethic and attitude toward his job," says fellow employee and nominator, Rich Waxter. "I believe he has gone above and beyond what was asked of him to get the job done."
A father of three young boys, Neal enjoys archery hunting, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and coaching midget football and little league for his children. Neal, who lives in Smicksburg, has been married to his wife, Connie, for thirteen years.
Everyone at District 10 would like to congratulate Doug Neal for his excellent work and dedicated service to the Commonwealth.
