PAVING SCHEDULED AT ROUTE 19 AND ROCHESTER ROAD INTERSECTION
Indiana, Pa. - PennDOT Engineering District 10 announces that the intersection of Route 19 and Rochester Road (Route 3022) in Cranberry Township, Butler County, will be milled and paved on Tuesday, May 1, 2007, beginning at 7 a.m., weather permitting.
Traffic will be maintained through the intersection while crews perform the work. Temporary lane restrictions will be in effect. Motorists are asked to approach the intersection with caution and remember that work zone safety is everyone's responsibility.
The work is the final part of a $2.3 million project to widen the intersection and add right-turn lanes on Rochester Road and southbound Route 19. A left-turn lane was also added to northbound Route 19.
The prime contractor for the project is the John Gulisek Construction Company of Mt. Pleasant.
