State Route 403 Dilltown Bridge #1 Replacement Project to begin in Indiana County
Indiana – PennDOT Engineering District 10 is advising motorists that work will begin on the State Route 403 Dilltown Bridge #1 replacement project
The bridge carries SR 403 over Blacklick Creek in Buffington and East Wheatfield Townships in Indiana County. The one-lane bridge will be replaced by a two-lane, two-span continuous steel plate girder bridge.
Beginning the week of March 14, short-term, daylight lane restrictions will be in place for operations and utility work. Major work will begin on the project the week of March 28.
This $ 1,858,858 bridge replacement project also includes grade and width improvements. Work is being completed by Gregori Construction and Engineering Company of Sarver, Butler County. Work is expected to be completed in November.
