Indiana, Pa. - PennDOT Engineering District 10, in support of the Foxburg Borough Council, will conduct a local ribbon cutting event marking the completion of the State Route (SR) 58 Foxburg Bridge Replacement project spanning the Allegheny River between Armstrong and Clarion Counties. The event will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2008, at 1:00 pm, along SR 58 at the eastern end of the bridge closest to Foxburg.
