Indiana, Pa. - PennDOT Engineering District 10 is advising motorists that construction will begin on the Stroup Bridge preventative maintenance project over Mill Creek in Millcreek Township, Clarion County on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, with an anticipated completion time frame of mid-October, 2009. During construction there will be one lane of traffic alternating in each direction using temporary signals.
Motorists are advised to anticipate traffic delays and be prepared to stop. They are also asked to slow down and exercise caution when traveling through work zones. As the need applies, flag crews will direct traffic while work is being performed.
This is a $271,455 project with work being completed by R. L. Johnson Construction Corporation.
