Indiana, Pa. - PennDOT Engineering District 10 is pleased to announce that the Mahoning Creek Bridge project on Township road T-860 (Goodville Road) in West Mahoning Township, Indiana County, is now open. Lane restrictions began on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, to replace the existing bridge with a two-span, continuous steel, multi-girder structure.
