Indiana, Pa. - PennDOT Engineering District 10 advises the public that the newly expanded park and ride facility located along Route 268 at the Franklin Village Mall in East Franklin Township, Armstrong County, has reopened for public use.
The facility had been closed since March 31 while crews from Derry Construction Company Inc. of Latrobe performed work to expand the lot to about 60 spaces.
