ROUTE 8 BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PLANS DISPLAY FEBRUARY 22



Interested residents are encouraged to attend

Butler County, PA (February 10) – PennDOT Engineering District 10 is announcing that a public plans display for the Route 8 Bridge replacement project will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2006, at the Government Center, Public Meeting Room, 124 West Diamond Street in Butler County.

The bridge carries Route 8 over Route 422 in Butler Township, Butler County, and is located at the interchange of Routes 8 and 422.

The project will replace the bridge's superstructure on the existing alignment. The project will take one year to construct.

Interested residents are encouraged to attend. Anyone with knowledge of historic resources in the project area, or comments on potential impacts to historic resources, should also attend this meeting.
