|Traffic Pattern Changes on State Route 4032 (Philadelphia Street) for Bridge Replacement Project in Indiana Borough, Indiana County |
Indiana – Beginning Tuesday, May 29, 24-hour flagging operations will be performed to complete a traffic switch on State Route (SR) 4032 (Philadelphia Street) as part of the bridge replacement project. The flagging operations are expected to occur through May 31.
The traffic changes will be in place for the replacement of the bridge on SR 4032 (Philadelphia Street) near the intersection with 15th Street in Indiana Borough.
Motorists are urged to slow down, minimize distractions and to use extreme caution when traveling on SR 4032 (Philadelphia Street) near the 15th Street intersection. Expect congestion and delays during the 24-hour flagging operations.
This $1,714,062 bridge replacement project is being completed by Horizon Construction Group, Inc. The bridge on SR 4032 (Philadelphia Street) near the 15th Street intersection in Indiana Borough and the bridge on SR 4032 near the intersection with Mill Run Drive in White Township will be replaced as part of the project. The bridges are expected to open to normal traffic before the end of October.
