	The Right-of-Way unit is handles real estate acquisition, relocation assistance and management and appraisals for property purchased by the Commonwealth for transportation-related projects. It also disposes of excess right-of-way, that is, smaller, unneeded sections of larger properties purchased for these projects.
	Right-of-Way also administers the outdoor advertising and junkyard control programs.
