District Services - Municipal Services - Information Source
	District Municipal Services Representatives are available to provide local governments with technical assistance on road construction and maintenance needs free of charge. Municipal Services Representatives can assist local governments in solving problems in areas other than roads and bridges by providing points of contact with representatives from many other state and local agencies. The Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) and the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs (PSAB) both publish monthly magazines that contain a great deal of current information pertinent to township and borough government. Both organizations also maintain websites that can be accessed at http://www.psats.org and http://www.boroughs.org/. Both organizations have online discussion groups that allow municipal officials throughout the Commonwealth to communicate directly and share information. The County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania and PA League of Cities & Muncipalities (cities and first-class townships) maintain websites for their respective local government entities.
