District Services - Municipal Services - Bridge Program
	This unit also assists in the administration of the local bridge projects on the Department's Bridge Program. Local bridges, which are on this program, may be funded one of two ways:
	Selected projects will be funded at 80% Federal Funding with 20% Local matching funds. If the traffic volumes exceed minimum levels, Federal Funding may be able to be utilized. Remaining local bridge projects in this program are funded at 80% State Funding and 20% Local Funding.
	Municipalities may also fund bridge replacement projects with 100% Liquid Fuel Funds provided they obtain approval for structural adequacy from the District Bridge Engineer. PRIMARY CONTACT: Municipal Services Supervisor, 724-357-7986
