PENNDOT NAMES INAM EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH FOR JULY

Recognized for his hard work and positive attitude

Indiana, PA (July 7) – PennDOT Engineering District 10 has named Muhammad Inam Employee of the Month for July.

Inam, a Civil Engineer – Transportation in Design Squad 4, started working at PennDOT in November 2004. He started as a Civil Engineer Trainee in the Construction Unit and moved into Design Squad 4 about a year ago.

"Inam is a hard worker with a great attitude," said Alicia Kavulic, Design Squad 4's squad leader, who nominated him for the award. "He takes on any task with a positive outlook. His attention to detail and thorough mindset enable him to focus on a project and look at a situation from many angles."

Recently, Inam has worked on the Crider Road Department Force Bridge Project. He developed three possible designs. He designed an
alignment, calculated quantities and identified pros and cons for each option. This important information will allow the District to make a
decision on which option is the most favorable.
"Inam always strives for perfection in his work," Kavulic said. "He asks intelligent questions and seeks to develop himself through learning new things. It is a pleasure to work with Inam, and he is a great asset to the Department."

Inam lives in Indiana with his wife, Tiffany, and enjoys traveling, watching movies, playing video games on his PC and X-BOX and listening to music.

Congratulations, Inam, on behalf of District 10 and many thanks for your enthusiasm for your work.
