08/18/10 1946 - Site is up. Pulled and cleared to monitor.
08/18/10 2319 - A ticket has been opened with Level 3 (138860) to have the circuit tested.
08/19/10 0603 - Circuit tests are showing cable trouble, set up for a 1st am dispatch.
08/19/10 0927 - Tech was on site at 0800 testing from Demarc and may have resolved issue circuit is up and monitoring clean. We will continue to monitor and dispatch only if errors return.
