 | Welcome to PennDOT’s Union/Snyder Maintenance District in central Pennsylvania. The organization is composed of both Union and Snyder counties and is responsible for all types of maintenance activities throughout the year on 588 miles of state highways and 442 state bridges.
Major routes through the district are Interstate 80 and Traffic Routes 11 & 15. Interstate 80, which runs east-west in northern Union County, provides a pleasant, serene drive through heavily forested mountains.
Traffic Routes 11 & 15 together, which run north-south through both counties, gives picturesque scenes as it parallels the Susquehanna River.
The main office is at 150 Sandhill Road in Selinsgrove, Snyder County, with another office at 612 Fairground Road in Lewisburg, Union County. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the organization can be contacted by using any of the information above.
Our goal is to provide a safe, swift, and smooth ride to the traveler as you pass through the Union/Snyder Maintenance District.
