Route 60 Steubenville Pike Overnight Paving Operations this Weekend in Robinson Township

Pittsburgh, PA

PennDOT District 11 is announcing paving operations on Route 60 (Steubenville Pike) in Robinson Townships, Allegheny County, will occur Friday-Sunday, July 11-13 weather permitting.

Single lane alternating traffic will occur on Route 60 from Old Steubenville Pike to Hightower Boulevard. Crews from Lindy Paving will conduct paving operations according to the following schedule:

• Friday night, July 11 at 10 p.m. to Saturday afternoon, July 12 at 1 p.m.
• Saturday night, July 12 at 8 p.m. to Sunday afternoon, July 13 at 1 p.m.

Additionally, crews will conduct line painting.

Flaggers will be utilized to assist motorists through the work zone.

To help keep motorists informed as work on the Route 60 Steubenville Pike project continues, PennDOT is creating an email distribution list for Route 60 traffic advisories and construction updates. Enroll by sending email addresses to and writing “Subscribe – Route 60 Steubenville Pike” in the subject line.

Motorists should be prepared for changing traffic patterns. Please slow down and drive safely through the work zone. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 680 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available by calling 5-1-1, and regional Twitter alerts are available on the 511PA website.
