Traffic Counter Installation Tuesday on Route 22/Pennsylvania Turnpike Ramps in Monroeville

Pittsburgh, PA

PennDOT District 11 is announcing a traffic counter system installation will occur on the Pennsylvania Turnpike ramps with Route 22 in the Municipality of Monroeville, Allegheny County on Tuesday, July 8 weather permitting.

Crews will install traffic counters on Tuesday, July 8 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the following locations:

• Eastbound Route 22 on-ramp to the Pennsylvania Turnpike
• Off-ramp from Pennsylvania Turnpike to westbound Route 22

The counters will be removed by crews on Tuesday, July 15 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Motorists should expect changing traffic patterns. Flaggers will assist motorists through the area.

Crews from P.J. Lehman, Inc. will conduct the work.
