Lane Restrictions Scheduled Next Week in Philadelphia for Bridge Inspections


KING OF PRUSSIA
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will conduct a series of bridge inspections in Philadelphia next week (May 7-11) as part of its biannual inspection program to ensure the structural safety of its bridges.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work zones.

The work schedule is:

• Monday (May 7) – The right lane will be closed on southbound I-95 between the Broad Street (Route 611) and Girard Point Bridge from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.;
• Tuesday (May 8) – The right lane will be closed on northbound I-95 between Island Avenue and Broad Street (Route 611) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.;
• Friday (May 11) – The right lane will be closed on southbound State Road between Ashburner Street and Rhawn Street from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The northbound right lane will be closed from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
