Project Description :
| This is a pavement preservation project located in Indiana County on SR 422 from the SR 422/SR 954 (South 6Th Street) interchange in White Township east to the SR 422/SR 553 interchange in Cherryhill Township. Work is to include concrete patching, bituminous overlay, shoulder paving, guiderail and drainage upgrades, and other miscellaneous construction. Both east and west bound traffic will be reduced to one travel lane during the project. The anticipated completion date is 09/03/2010. See the Schedule and Restrictions link for current project information. Motorists are advised to anticipate traffic delays and be prepared to stop. Motorists are also asked to turn on headlights, slow down, and exercise caution when traveling through work zones. As the need applies, flag crews will direct traffic while work is being performed. |
