Project Description :
| This is a 4.74 mile long project involving milling, base repair, drainage, guiderail upgrades, superpave overlay and other miscellaneous construction on State Route 119 in Indiana County. The project will start approximately 300 feet north of the SR 119/SR 85 intersection in Home, Rayne Township and extend north to approximately 365 feet north of the SR 119/T503 Willow Road intersection in East Mahoning Township. This section of roadway carries an estimated average daily traffic of 8,041 vehicles. The last major resurfacing of this section of roadway occurred in 1991. |

| During construction, two-way flagging operations will be used to limit traffic to one lane though the work zone. Motorists are advised to anticipate traffic delays and be prepared to stop. Motorists are also asked to turn on headlights, slow down, and exercise caution when traveling through work zones. As the need applies, flag crews will direct traffic while work is being performed.
