| This project is for the seal coating of various routes across Indiana County. | Work to be performed includes: application of double seal coats, application of sand seal coats, application of single seal coats, line painting, power brooming of final road surface after seal coat application, and other related miscellaneous construction. |

| Flaggers may be utilized throughout the work zone as needed to help maintain a safe flow of traffic. Work is expected to be performed only on weekdays (except for minor sweeping operations being allowed on Saturdays). All major construction work is expected to be completed by 08/31/2011. |

| Motorists are advised to anticipate traffic delays and be prepared to stop. Motorists are also asked to turn on headlights, slow down, and exercise caution when traveling through work zones. As the need applies, flag crews will direct traffic while work is being performed. |
