| Eric Madden is the Deputy Secretary for Aviation, Rail Freight, Ports and Waterways at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
In his current position, he oversees the administration of financial assistance grants, and technical assistance totaling over $60 million annually to:
- 134 public-use aviation facilities for airport improvement projects, planning assistance, environmental guidance, licensing and inspection, and aviation awareness initiatives. He also provides oversight of flight services for Commonwealth Agencies and the General Assembly.
