	CE-Categorical Exclusion Expert System is a web-based application that utilizes smart-form technology for the preparation review, approval and archive of environmental documents for CE level projects. The website also contains online System use help as well as guidance and information on the NEPA process.
	ECMS The Engineering and Construction Management System provides PennDOT, its Business Partners and the Public to a single source to conduct business related to the design and construction of transportation projects.
	GCEDMS - Grade Crossing Electronic Document Management System GCEDMS is a state-of-the-art Internet system for maintaining grade crossing inventory information and grade crossing documentation for PennDOT projects involving Railroad facilities. GCEDMS streamlines the process for updating and maintaining the Pennsylvania-wide grade crossing inventory database and provides electronic updates tot he Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), while providing a simpler and complete way of managing projects that involve grade crossing improvements, alterations, or abolishment's through the PA Public Utility Commission (PUC) process. The system also enables faster, more efficient communication between PennDOT and its railroad business partners.
	JPA - Joint Permit Application Expert System This system helps users prepare, submit and review waterway permit applications for highway and bridge projects.
	OAD- Outdoor Advertising Sign and Junkyard Control The OAD permit renewal bill system is a PC based system using Microsoft Access database utilities. Data is entered and billings are generated only in Central Office. The system is accessed by district offices on an inquiry-only basis.The OAD system tracks over 12,000 permitted outdoor advertising signs throughout Pennsylvania generating $350,000 in annual revenue from 4,500 sign owners and junkyard owners
	PAMS - Photogrammetry Asset Management System This site is for public searches and for internal project management and reporting. Through PAMS the public can do a geographic search for existing aerial photography and existing ground control/bench marks maintained by the Photogrammetry and Surveys Section. Existing ground control and bench marks information is available on-line, while photographic products can be produced from the Section's film archive for cost. All internal project management and reports is also done through the PAMS.
	UR-EDMS The Utility Relocation Electronic Document Management System (UR_EDMS) is a system module within the PennDOT Electronic Document System (EDMS) . Accessible through the Internet for external business partners, it is a Web-based electronic document management system designed to work with Utility Relocation documents.
