Each of the regional offices, within their geographic areas, represent the Department in eminent domain proceedings, driver license suspension and revocation appeals, employment and personnel hearings, and some public utility commission hearings, as well as handling other work which may be specifically assigned to attorneys in their areas. The regional offices are located in King of Prussia, Scranton and Pittsburgh. |
