1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Choose Tools - Internet Options
3. In the middle labeled Temporary Internet Files choose Delete Files
4. Put a check in the Delete all offline content and click OK
5. Click on Settings button
6. Make sure you have Every Visit to the Page selected and click ok
7. At the bottom labeled History click on Clear History
8. Click YES to the question Are you sure you want Widows to delete your history of visited Web sites?
9. Click ok
This should clear everything out so you are not looking at a cached version. If this does not help please contact the BPR Webmaster |
