The Bureau of Project Delivery is planning that their publications will be on a series of four CD-ROM’s: Specifications, Structures, Environmental and Highway & Design Services. This CD-ROM is the first attempt at the mass electronic distribution of highway and design services publications that the Bureau of Design currently has in electronic format. Some of what is on this CD is already available through our web. It is expected that, in time, more of the Bureau of Project Delivery’s publications will be available in electronic format.
The first addition of the Highway and Design Services CD-ROM contains the following publications:

- Publication 10A - Transportation Engineering Procedures (January 2001 Edition)

- Publication 51M - Contract Proposal Preparation Guide (June 2001 Edition)
- Publication 352 – Estimate Manual (June 2001 Edition)
- Publication 72M – Standards for Roadway Construction (April 2004 Edition)
