ISSD is charged with providing the Bureau of Project Delivery management and staff with organizational and technical leadership in engineering computing systems and applications, office automation, information technology, project re-engineering evaluations, report design and management design community training program development. The primary focus of this Division is to provide State-of-the-Art technology applications and training of engineering and management for the design community of the Department.

The Division is divided into the following six sections:

Photogrammetry and Surveys Section




Bridge CADD Application Section
· Manages the maintenance of Bridge Automated Design and Drafting (BRADD)
software
· Provides help desk support for BRADD to the design community (internal
and external)
· Assists with maintaining the department’s CADD Domain hardware, software,
policies, CADD standards, and maintenance contracts

Customer Support Section
· This section provides engineering system support
· Serves as administrative liaison between various department and external offices
· Provides technical assistance to systems users
(i.e. Engineering and Construction Management System)
· Provides help desk support (internal and external end users) for ECMS and
related applications.

Highway CADD Application Section
· Configures and supports the BeSoftware configurationntley InRoads and Storm &
Sanitary through software applications
· Developes and delivers Training
· Provides help desk support for InRoads

System Project Development Section
· Manages major system development projects (Project management)
· Provides statistical analysis and report writing expertise for data within
supported systems
· Serves as administrative liaison between Department and external offices
