RIGHT TO KNOW |
| This page is dedicated to the new Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law (RTKL), which was passed in February 2008 by the Pennsylvania General Assembly. United States residents can access Pennsylvania Department of Transportation records using two different methods:
- The Department of Treasury operates an Internet website that contains state contracts, including Department of Transportation contracts, executed after July 1, 2008, which involve consideration of $5,000 or more. The Pennsylvania Contracts e-Library is available online at http://contracts.patreasury.org
- Right-to-Know requests to PennDOT can be made in writing by submitting either a letter or PennDOT’s RTKL request form to PennDOT in person, via e-mail to PENNDOT-RightToKnow@pa.gov, or by U.S. mail or fax as indicated in the instructions to the RTKL request form.
