	Military Leave without Pay Employees of the Commonwealth who leave their jobs for the performance of duty, voluntary or involuntary, in any branch of the Armed Forces for the purpose of training or service must be granted military leave without pay.
	Regular Leave without Pay Leave without pay may be granted to employees by agency heads for a variety of purposes.
	Injury Leave without Pay Injury leave without pay with benefits is a leave of absence available to employees who sustain a work-related injury and either have no accrued leave available or elect not to use accrued sick, annual, or personal leave to supplement workers' compensation benefits.
