Restoration Projects -Highway Transfer |

| This is a voluntary joint state and municipal government program to transfer locally functional state highways to municipal governments. Restoration projects are funded from the State Highway Transfer Restricted Account (based on a 3 mill assessment) after the Annual Maintenance Payment requirements are met. | These funds are available to counties for the repair or replacement of county "owned" bridges One percent of the Oil Company Franchise Tax receipts authorized in Act 26 of 1991 is the source of funds for this program.
