Evaluating potential new products for use on lower volume local roads is a service provided by PennDOT. Though PennDOT products in Bulletin 15 are already available to local governments, the approved products in this program are an expanded list that are more likely used on lower volume local roads. Vendors are invited to submit products using the Application link on this page. The products will be tested at Penn State using PennDOT funding and oversight; products that are approved through the testing process will be available for local governments to purchase using their liquid fuels funds.
