Dirt and Gravel Roads Program
	The Pennsylvania Task Force on Dirt and Gravel Roads is a cooperative effort between PennDOT and several other states and private agencies to improve the environmental quality of Pennsylvania's pristine streams and waterways. Five initial focus areas have guided task force efforts since 1993. Those include:
	Forming work groups to produce a program or action plan Providing education and training Identify pollution areas Including training in equipment operations Communicating available funding resources
