|PennDOT's Services for Local Governments have been working with IT consultants to rewrite the County Liquid Fuels and Municipal Liquid Fuels reporting processes in the dotGrants system.|
This project was started in June 2012 and was completed mid-2013.
Municipalities and counties are able to create their Annual Reports in the new version.
What is dotGrants?
A web site solely dedicated to managing Liquid Fuels, State Police Fines and Penalties, and Turnback Payments. dotGrants has been in place since 2009 and replaced the old Liquid Fuels Website and the departments’ legacy application.
With dotGrants, users are be able to view, create, or modify Municipal Services forms, such as the MS-965, MS-329, MS-991 and MS-340. This site also allows users to view their mileage data.
Statewide training for municipalities has concluded, but one-on-one training is available through our network of Financial Consultants. County training is also available.
