"The Financial Consulting Division provides local governments with a network of strategically placed consultants throughout the Commonwealth to assist with the preparation of year-end reports and other forms, interpret policy and regulations, identify opportunities for cooperative purchasing agreements and alternative funding services, provide one-on-one remedial training for local government employees on the completion of Liquid Fuels Forms, and ensure compliance on the use of Liquid Fuels Funds."
