Transportation Management AssociationsTMA’s operating within the Region include the Airport Corridor Transportation Association (ACTA), Oakland Transportation Management Association (OTMA), and the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership (PDP). These organizations work in conjunction to respond to the transportation issues within the immediate communities as well as regional transportation needs throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. The TMA ultimate role is to communicate the public sector position, while bringing the message of the community back to the transportation decision-makers in the public sector. Elements
