Southwest Pennsylvania Commission

The SPC is the regional planning agency serving the Pittsburgh 10-county area (Same as Region: Lawrence, Butler, Beaver, Armstrong, Indiana, Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington, Greene, and Fayette Counties) and providing essential services to the region. The official Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), SPC directs the use of all state and federal transportation and economic development funds allocated to the region.  For further information, visit the SPC’s website:
