Personal Traveler Information Devices

This element consists of Personal Traveler Information Devices owned by the general public used to access and provide transportation information.  Personal Traveler Information devices include personal computers, phones (including cell phones for reporting incidents and retrieving travel conditions en-route), and personal digital assistants (PDA’s).
