Commercial Vehicles

Privately owned freight hauling vehicles operating in the Region.  This element includes existing and future in-vehicle devices enabling vehicles to communicate with (1) Commercial Vehicle Company Offices, (2) Commercial Vehicle Company systems, and (3) and other agency systems throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
