PennDOT Welcome Centers and Rest Areas

The South Central Region has two Welcome Centers, near the Pennsylvania-Maryland border along I-81 and I-83 that provide travelers with information.  South Central Region also has rest areas within its boundaries that provide similar services as the Welcome Centers.
