PennDOT D8 Service Patrol Vehicles

PennDOT-operated vehicles that provide for the expeditious removal of disabled or accident vehicles, and small non-hazardous debris from   the Capital Beltway to reduce traffic delays and congestion that result from breakdowns, crashes and spills. These vehicles also include incident command van, which provide incident command at the incident scene.
