Statewide Working Group
The Statewide
Working Group guided the Commonwealth through the development of the
Architectures. Their principal role was to ensure that the Regional
Architectures were reasonably uniform and consistent.

Champion supported the RAP by facilitating the RAP meetings and played a
critical role in coordinating with the Statewide Working Group for merging

Regional Advisory Panel
The Regional
Advisory Panel lead and guided the Regional ITS Architecture development
in the Southwest ITS Architecture Region. The Architecture was developed
with input from regional stakeholders, channeled and focused by the RAP.
